Preparing for Your Initial Meeting with our Office

You are here: Home / Preparing for Your Initial Meeting with our Office

Thank you for scheduling your meeting with our firm! We are looking forward to meeting with you!

Click here for directions to our office.

This webpage was designed especially with you in mind so that you can get the most out of your time with us during your initial meeting!

Before we meet with you, it is important that you complete some homework (i.e. this questionnaire) and return it to us at least 2-3 days prior to our meeting. This will help to make sure that we can make the most of our time together and not worry about whether or not we have enough information to determine whether we can help you or not.

Click Here to Download Your Homework Questionnaire and return this document completed to our office at least 2-3 days prior to your scheduled meeting.

If you have any questions or need assistance completing this questionnaire, please contact my assistant on her direct line at (919) 415-1697. Her primary job is to help you, so please feel free to reach out to her with any issues that may come up.

We have found that the clients who come to our initial meeting fully prepared get the best results from our time together.

To that end, we have prepared a sequence of videos to help you understand a little more about us and how we might be able to help you. Please take your time to watch these at your convenience, but please try to watch them all before your meeting as they will help to answer many questions you may have about how we work and the process of planning.
