As a Cary Divorce Attorney, I consider myself a valuable resource for my clients. This means that not only should I be able to counsel them on their particular case and the law as it applies to them, but I should also be able to spot other potential issues and refer them to other attorneys who may be in a better position to help them. In order to stay current on the legal market in Cary, I frequently meet with other attorneys and professionals who may also be able to assist my clients.
During the past two days, I have met with several attorneys that I would have no problems referring my clients to, should they have a need.
Yesterday, I had lunch with Tom McCuiston, of the McCuiston Law Office. Tom handles a number of matters, including corporate respresentation, estate planning, and tax disputes (yes, with the IRS). He is a great guy, easy to talk to, and a very knowledgeable attorney.
Today, I had coffee this morning with Travis Sasser, from the Sasser Law Firm. Travis is the go-to guy for bankruptcy in Cary. That’s all he does, and he is very good at it. When I am handling a divorce and one party is seeking a bankruptcy – I direct my client’s to Travis.
I also met with Christine Ryan this afternoon, from the Ryan Law Firm. Another great attorney, and one that I would trust to refer business to, Christine has been in practice for 20 years. She handles mostly estate planning work, with an emphasis on health care and end of life issues.
